On our trek we start in the Langtang Valley, trekking through its forests and among the villages and farmlands of its people, many of who are of Tibetan origin. Once an important trading route with Tibet, this influence is reflected in the character of the villages and peoples. During part of the trek you will be walking through National Park, and though wildlife is never easy to spot in a forest setting, there are chances of seeing some interesting animals and birds. Among those found in the park are monkeys, musk deer, pika and the national bird of Nepal, the colourful danphe.

Itinerary for langtang vally trek
Day 01 : Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi(1610m). 7 hours driving.
Day 02 : Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama hotel (2480 m.) Walking 5:30 hours
Day 03 : Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3541 m.) Walking 5 hours
Day 04 : Trek from Langtang village to Kyangjin Gompa (3900 m.) Walking 2:30 hours
Day 05 : Hiking upto Chorkari ri(5050m) and back to Kyangjn Gompa. Walking 5:30 hours
Day 06: Trek down to Lama hotel (2480 m.) Walking 6 hours,
Day 07 : Trek down to Syaprubensi. Walking 5 hours,
Day 08 : Drive back to Katmandu by Bus. 7 hours driving. and joining your other trip
